Thanks Deepa for your comments. I have experimented with different colours and wanted to see the effect.... solvent based colours give a transperant look, i wanted to have an opaque col..... also the pearl fabric colour i liked and used in different media like glass wood etc.
yes i did. Will post you the painting soon. Camline has a opaque white in the glass painting series. But the shed of the colour changes and you would not get the 'pearl effect'.... :-)

Hmm..have you tried mixing the solvent color with white to make it opaque? I've never tried it,but I've heard about it.Do try and let me know :)
