Finished this work today.... used paper meche... but the 3d effect is not so prominent.
wanted to paint the background black and golden on the 3d parts... my son revolted and choose the colours for me...  :-)  our favourite game :-)

oil painting experiment with POP

Hi all

I could not go to work today and was not feeling well. After a good post lunch nap decided to do some experiment with one canvas board ( was getting wasted as after some strokes of paints it was left just like that and I was not in a mood to finish the painting which i started abt 6 months back). some POP was also there as a left out of the mural work. My 5 yrs son suggested the shapes and their colours.... we are happy to make something out of a almost wasted canvas........used POP for embossing....
The photograph is not so good... will  post a better picture afterwords.
